Dallas-Fort Worth has lost some Christmas events this year due to the coronavirus pandemic, but luckily one annual event has adapted to adhere to public health measures.

The Dallas Zoo Lights is officially back on for this holiday season but with a significant twist... the event will be a drive-thru experience.

The zoo has made a path of beautiful holiday light displays that will surely fill you with the Christmas spirit.

36 Nights of lights 

While driving, you'll have the chance to jam to some of your favorite Christmas tunes on the zoo's official holiday radio station.

At the end of the drive, you can park and take a stroll through the Holiday Village, where you can take pictures and enjoy holiday drinks and eats.

The drive-thru will be open from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

The event will be held from November 20 through January 3.

Tickets must be purchased in advance and will be up for sale starting November 5.

There will be a limited number of tickets so you'll want to hop on them fast!
