You Can Now Pre-Order Elon Musk's Super High-Speed Internet Service In Canada

People around the globe can now register to pre-order Elon Musk's internet service, Starlink. 

The high-speed satellite internet is available to "a limited number of users per coverage area," so this beta stage is operating on a first-come, first-served basis.

$129/month The internet service. 

In addition to the monthly service fee, your initial order (if you're able to get your hands on one) will include the hardware for $649 and a shipping and handling fee of $65. 

The Starlink Kit comes with "your Starlink, Wi-Fi router, power supply, cables and mounting tripod."

The service promises low latency which will offer a better experience for video calls and gaming. 

"Starlink satellites are over 60 times closer to Earth than traditional satellites, resulting in lower latency and the ability to support services typically not possible with traditional satellite internet," says the Starlink website. 

All you need to do is enter your email and house address to find out if Starlink is available in your area.
