President-elect Joe Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris will be taking their places in office.

On Tuesday, Donald Trump delivered a lengthy farewell speech to America, thanking a long list of people including Mike Pence and the entire Pence family.

Meanwhile, Pence's farewell message, posted to Twitter, did not mention the president even once.

"Thank you for the privilege of serving as your Vice President these past four years, it has been the greatest honor of my life," wrote Pence.

"On behalf of our Wonderful Second Lady, Karen Pence, and our entire Family, Thank You and God Bless America."

This omission has not gone unnoticed in the comments section and comments such as "Hmm, I noticed you left out the guy that picked you as his running mate," and "where's Trump?" fill the thread.
