2020 has been a rough year for all of us, but one Pittsburgh shelter dog finally got what he deserves as the year nears its end. Capone, a 10-year old black lab, had been at the Animal Friends shelter in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania for 1,134 days, making him the longest-term resident in the shelter's history.
