The March 4 party took place while the city of Hamilton was in the red-control zone, which allows for gatherings of five people indoors, and charges were placed on organizers under the Reopening Ontario Act.

On Friday, March 26, Hamilton moved into the grey-lockdown zone, which does not allow any indoor gatherings with members of other households.

Hamilton Police are currently investigating the most recent gathering and Narcity will provide updates as they come.
