Heat warnings have been issued across three provinces.

It's time to buckle up for another heat wave in Canada that will be swooping in on Alberta, B.C., and Saskatchewan in the coming days. As of Wednesday, July 14, Environment Canada has issued heat warnings across the three provinces.

Parts of Alberta should expect temperatures in the mid to high 30s over the next few days with a little break on Saturday and another hit of heat on Sunday.

According to The Weather Network, Calgary will see the heat peak from Monday until about Wednesday.

In B.C., things are going to get hot but not quite as bad as the historic heat wave that took place recently. Temperatures of up to 38 degrees can be expected. In places like Penticton, for example, the heat will peak on Monday, but it will remain at or above 30 degrees for about a week to follow.

Saskatchewan is also in for a scorching week. The heat warnings are quite similar to Alberta's and the brunt of the hot weather will take place around the same time.

The heat warnings are in place for Wednesday and Thursday at present, but it's going to get even hotter moving into the weekend.
