If you're struggling to pay your bills in the city due to COVID-19, the Los Angeles Renters Assistance Program can provide you with some financial aid. 

You can apply on Monday, July 13, from 8 am through Friday, July 17, at 11:59 pm.

Is the maximum amount of money that you can get

The city estimates that 50,000 households will benefit from this rental program.

To be eligible for the temporary relief fund, you must be a resident of LA, provide proof of tenancy, your household income must be at or below the limit, and you have documents showing "loss or reduction of income due to COVID-19 after March 13, 2020."

If you are approved, your funds will be directly paid to your landlord.
