It's probably the simplest sandwich in the history of food. Yet, Ms. Cheezious grilled cheese in Miami takes this classic sandwich and creates masterpieces. These unique concoctions will have you drooling.

This food truck turned brick-and-mortar restaurant, open daily from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., takes the grilled cheese to an artisan extreme.

From the classic rendition to bizarre, gooey pairings, Ms. Cheezious has proven just how creative one can get with a sandwich.

If you have a sweet tooth you can try the S'mores Melt, consisting of roasted marshmallows, salted chocolate, hazelnut spread, and graham cracker crumble, all grilled together in-between two slices of sourdough bread.

True to the Miami spirit, you can even get a Croqueta Monsieur, made with ham croquettes, tavern ham, swiss cheese, and bechamel that has an explosion of flavor from the first bite. 

And if you're craving some good ol' mac 'n' cheese (on a melt), the Mackin Melt has you covered. Using creamy gouda mac n' cheese with house-cured bacon, this glorious sandwich will have you doing a praise dance on the sidewalk. 

In addition to their regular tasty creations, Ms. Cheezious also creates specialty sandwiches that fit the holiday or a theme. 

The Rainbow Grilled Cheese made for St. Patrick's Day will have your taste buds feeling lucky. The restaurant has also created a "Miami Vice" grilled cheese that Sonny and Tubs would love. 

It's not part of the regular menu, it' a specialty item, so you have to make sure to check on the availability of the sandwich. If you go on a day when it's being made, you're going to be in for a colorful treat.
