Those seeking assistance with emergency repairs to septic tank pumps or central heat and air units can look forward to financial assistance with these issues.

Applications will be accepted from August 20, 2020 through September 2, 2020.

The window to apply is just under two weeks, and applicants will have to make under a certain amount of maximum annual income, dependant on your household size, to be eligible.

Applicants must also own the home as well as be its primary resident, and the home must not be a pre-1994 mobile or manufactured home.

News Daytona Beach reports that the county is expected to receive relief funds totaling $1,245,522 from the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, with about $482,400 allocated for home repair.
