Trudeau made the announcement with Infrastructure Minister Catherine McKenna in a conference Thursday.

"Through our agreement with provinces and territories, Infrastructure Canada has invested $10 billion in infrastructure projects which will improve the lives of Canadians from coast-to-coast," Infrastructure Minister Catherine McKenna said.

According to McKenna, over $20 billion in federal funding is still available and provinces and territories have access to this funding as of now.

Trudeau said through the Canada Infrastructure Bank, this three-year growth plan will invest in everything from clean power, zero-emission buses to jobs for youth.
