The park is open year-round between 8:30 a.m. to dusk, and there is a $7 entrance fee.

Inside, you'll find several hiking trails to pick from, but the one you want is the 3.2-kilometre Blue Circle Trail.

It is an easy trek along a pine forest, but make sure to follow the well-marked directional signs right to Spy Rock Lookout.

From the top of the granite cliff, you'll see a narrow stretch of land that divides the blue waters of Westport Pond and Upper Rideau Lake.

It is time to get your road trip playlist ready, as you won't want to miss seeing this panorama.
