Ontario's Sky-High Tower Will Give You A Jaw-Dropping Lookout Over The 1000 Islands

It only takes 40 seconds to reach the top!

Staff Writer

Do you hate hiking for hours but still want to enjoy a spectacular vista over bright blue water?

Then you'll want to ride the elevator to the top of the 1000 Islands Tower in Ontario to enjoy jaw-dropping views.

Once Ontario moves into step three of its reopening plan on July 16, all three lookout areas will be open to the public again, so there is no better time to go.

The area is famous for having over 1,600 islands, and you can enjoy a magnificent view of the dazzling landscape from the multiple indoor and outdoor observation decks.

Thankfully there is no need to climb to the top of the 400-foot building. Instead, you can take a quick 40-second ride on an elevator.

To see it for yourself, you'll need to reserve a timeslot for a specific entry time online. Admission tickets are $17 per person.
