Have you been to the pharmacy at this location? An Ottawa Walmart is the latest site of a possible COVID-19 exposure.

Ottawa Public Health is investigating after a person who provided service at a Walmart Pharmacy was revealed as contagious at the time they worked.

The Walmart in question is located at 1375 Baseline Rd.

August 15 & 16

Possible exposure to COVID-19

Anybody who got service at this pharmacy for 15 minutes or more on August 15 or August 16, between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., may have been exposed.

They should self-isolate right away and contact Ottawa Public Health.

People who shopped at this Walmart but didn't get direct service from the pharmacy are not considered to be at a high risk of exposure.

The same goes for customers who got services from the pharmacy at different dates and times.

All of the employees who could have been exposed have already been contacted by health officials.
