As Winterlude is happening virtually this year, you might be missing seeing the dazzling frozen sculptures.

So Ottawa Tourism is inviting you to get creative in your yard or nearby park.

For Snowfest 613, everyone is encouraged to have fun in the snow and build animals, landmarks, forts, and more in their yard or nearby park.

You can view all the creations on Instagram and Twitter using the hashtag #Snowfest613, and some of them are breathtaking, like a colossal snowman.

The National Captial has a frozen loch ness monster, a rainbow coloured wall, messages of hope saying "peace, love, harmony", and all your favourite zoo animals.

It is time to grab your mittens and build your winter wonderland.
