Shawn Mendes Is Spending Christmas Isolating In Ontario With Camila & Their Pup

If you didn't know, Pickering, Ontario is the hometown of a pretty big celebrity. Shawn Mendes' Christmas plans include hunkering down in his hometown with not only his girlfriend, Camila Cabello, but also their puppy. 

The pop star appeared on the popular Calgary radio station, 90.3 AMP Radio and chatted with hosts Katie and Ed. 

Katie asked him to sum up his Christmas plans in one sentence and the man did not disappoint.

He continued to say that "I have a puppy, I’m bringing my girlfriend home, I’m bringing my puppy home."

He told the radio hosts that the three (puppy included, of course) will be isolating in Pickering, Ontario. 

"I can't wait," he concluded. 

Mendes speaks volumes of his hometown and even visits it in his new documentary on Netflix. 

So, if you're in Ontario this holiday season, you can enjoy your isolated festivities knowing that you're sharing the province and the holiday spirit with Shawn Mendes himself. 

Dr. Christopher Hassell has paused his practice at York Medical, a clinic in Richmond Hill, for the "foreseeable future" after allegations of him giving out exemptions to COVID-19 mandates.

Tweets of the incident, which have since been deleted, show long lines wrapping around the building this past Saturday, with allegations of Dr. Christopher Hassell giving out exemptions for the mask mandate and possibly COVID-19 vaccines.

Toronto Resto Pauses Indoor Dining Until Vaccine Certificate Debate Calms Down

The owner is also visually impaired and finds vaccine certificates "very difficult to read."

Toronto's well-loved pizza joint, Frank's Pizza House, announced on Instagram that they will be closing indoor dining at their restaurant and opting for take-out and delivery six days a week.

Owner Giorgio Taverniti told Narcity he decided to pause indoor dining on the opening day of vaccine certificates in Ontario because he doesn't "think people are ready right now."
