Tamagotchis Are Finally Back In Their Classic '90s Style But With Modern Features

Taking care of a Tamagotchi was a highlight of just about every '90s baby's childhood, and you can finally relive that experience with new features.

Bandai America, the parent company behind the classic toy, announced the release of the all-new "Tamagotchi Pix," which comes in the same '90s style as the original Tamagotchi but with modern features that will help a whole new generation enjoy one of the greatest toys of all time.

Taking care of your virtual pet will be an even more exciting adventure as you can now cook or order food for them, explore the real world to meet over 100 Tamagotchi friends, and play up to 17 digital games. 

You can even take selfies with your pet using the device's built-in camera.

The new toy is being released on July 1, 2021, and can be bought through Amazon, Best Buy, or Walmart.
