The publication asked readers to rate cities based on their "sights and landmarks, culture, cuisine, friendliness, shopping, and overall value," and these Canadian destinations have been ranked as the top five in the country.

#1 Quebec City

With fabulous food and an old-school European flair, Quebec City was a clear winner among readers. From visiting the Plains of Abraham to wandering around the downtown core, there's something in this city to tickle everyone's fancy.

#2 Vancouver
