A new gaming centre just opened in Burlington, and the interactive games will have you climbing glowing walls and navigating mazes with your friends.

Activate told Narcity it is "Canada's first active gaming facility, where you'll play arcade-style games by actually jumping, climbing, dodging, and solving your way through over 450 levels."

Here, you can try out the 11 interactive rooms with different games that will test your problem-solving, speed and agility.

In one, you'll feel like a spy and dodge over 100 lasers, while in another, you'll need to jump between areas to avoid touching the moving red squares.

While inside, your team can freely move between the games and select between the 10 levels of difficulty.

It is up to you if you want to compete together to move your team higher on the leaderboard or go head-to-head against your friends for bragging rights.

If you want to explore this 8-bit-inspired entertainment complex, tickets are $15 per person, which gives you 75 minutes of playtime.
