Workers Caught Getting 'Extremely Inappropriate' With Stripper At GTA Job Site (PHOTO)
Employees of Ontario company Nelmar Drywall have been let go for their "completely unacceptable" behaviour at a Milton home under construction on April 9, the company's lawyers have confirmed.
Mattamy Homes, the developers of the property, called it an "entirely unacceptable incident" in a statement to Narcity, saying the workers behaved in a "grossly inappropriate and reckless fashion."

According to footage of the incident, several men can be seen grabbing and dancing with a woman and a bottle of vodka, sans masks and social distancing.
"Nelmar has terminated the employment of all persons involved in the incident depicted in the [videos and images]," the company stated.
The company "wholeheartedly denounces the conduct" in the footage, which violated their COVID-19 protocols, as well as their workplace anti-discrimination and anti-harassment policies.
The company was "completely unaware"
According to the company's lawyers, "Nelmar was completely unaware of the incident."
“Upon being made aware of the incident, Nelmar took immediate steps to investigate the matter to determine the identity of all those individuals involved,” the company statement read.
Mattamy Homes also said they had "no prior knowledge of the event" and stated that none of their employees were present.*
Moving forward, the property developer said it will be reinforcing its workplace code of conduct and strict COVID-19 protocols with all trade partners.
"Internally we are also reviewing our site security procedures and will make whatever adjustments may be necessary,” Mattamy Homes said in a statement.
Ryan Whealy, Acting Press Secretary for Minister McNaughton, told Narcity, "The Ministry of Labour, Training and Skills Development is aware of these disturbing images. That type of behavior is completely unacceptable and should never happen in the workplace. Our Ministry is currently looking into this matter."*
Halton police said that they are aware of the video, but have not received any complaints that are linked to it.
