It looks like the city's iconic holiday event won't be with us this year. It's been reported that the Toronto Christmas Market has been cancelled for the 2020 season. 

According to Newstalk1010, it has been reported that the closure will be due to COVID-19.

Toronto Christmas Market Dates Cancelled

This would have been the 11th year running for everyone's favourite holiday market.

The popular event usually draws thousands from across Ontario and opens its doors to the public in November.
