Lead Writer, Travel

A brand new spring experience is coming to the city, and you'll want to hop in your car and see it.

Toronto's Drive-Thru Easter Parade is taking place on the evening of April 3, 2021, and you can enjoy the extravaganza from your car.

Editor's Choice: Toronto Could Be Getting A Candlelit Classical Music Show In A Church This Spring

Hosted by the Toronto Beaches Lions Club, the event is the first of its kind in Canada, and is a distanced way of enjoying the traditional Beaches Easter Parade.

You can take a one-kilometre journey past Easter sights and sounds, including floats, antique cars, live music, and more.

The adventure will take around 15 minutes, and you'll even get to glimpse the Easter Bunny.

There will also be a Digital Easter Egg Scavenger Hunt taking place on the same weekend, where you can use an app to find locations and maybe even win a prize.

The entire event is contactless, and tickets must be purchased in advance online.

Celebrate spring with this colourful drive-thru adventure!
