A Vancouver Man Got Arrested On Christmas For Having So Many Parties During The Pandemic
On Christmas Day Vancouver Police arrested a 24-year-old party host for constantly breaking B.C.'s gathering limits.
According to an email sent to Narcity from the Vancouver Police Department, this man had received several warnings and even two $2,300 tickets earlier this month.

“He made clear that he has no plans to stop, so our officers obtained an arrest warrant and he spent Christmas in jail," wrote VPD.
He was arrested on December 25 and released the following day with conditions.
He can be arrested again if he doesn't answer the door when police knock, violates any provincial health orders, or has more than two people in his apartment.
“This should serve as a reminder to anyone who thinks it’s still ok to ignore the Public Health Order and put other people at risk,” said Sgt. Steve Addison.
At present, B.C. has banned social gatherings of any size, but people who live alone can host two people that they've selected to be in their bubble.
In the case of this repeat offender, he has been charged under Section 99 of the Public Health Order.
