This is 'North America's largest night market' and the food is incredible (PHOTOS)

It opens this weekend!

Editor

The legendary Richmond Night Market is opening this weekend, and it's set to be extra impressive this year. As the largest night market in all of North America, this spot is a go-to for people in the Vancouver area and tourists visiting.

You'll find incredible eats from the rows of food vendors at the market, on top of games, shopping, and even a zipline this year. Running from April 25 to October 13, the night market is open on Fridays and Saturdays from 7 p.m. to 12 a.m.

The real intrigue at the market is the impressive food — because it basically has every flavour you could want available. The market has over 100 food stands serving up over 500 "eats and treats," according to the website.

One of the most popular (and most Instagrammed) foods here is the Rotato. The spiral of fried potato is as delicious as it sounds.

Also among the most famous is the flying noodles at the market. The cup of noodles is loaded with goodies like eggs, scallions, shrimp and spam.

If you're in the mood for sweets, have no fear. You've got sweet mango sticky rice, ice cream, crepes and loads more.

All in all, it's safe to say you won't go hungry here.
