Do you know who has a big, fat, super expensive mansion? Chip Wilson, the founder of Lululemon. 

According to new data from BC Assessment, Chip Wilson's gigantic mansion on Point Gray Road in Vancouver is officially the most expensive home in B.C.

$66,828,000 Total value of the home

According to the assessment as of July 1, 2020, the land is worth $39,510,000 and the buildings are worth $27,318,000. 

Since last year the value has gone up by nearly $2 million. 

With seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, the house is two storeys and was built custom in 2008. 

Global News reported that Wilson's home hit its peak value in 2018 with a price tag of $78,837,000. 

All of the top 10 most expensive properties in the province are in Vancouver apart from one that's on James Island. That beauty landed in third place on the list. 

Chip Wilson's property is right on the ocean with tons of green space, a giant tennis court and at least two pools from what we can see.
