BC Premier Calls Out 'Idiots' Who Raged At Restaurant Staff About Safety Rules

John Horgan had some choice words for B.C. restaurant customers abusing staff over safety rules.

The premier called them out in his press briefing on Thursday, after hearing of an incident at Mr. Mikes Steakhouse in Langford.

To have idiots come in and be idiots is, quite frankly, not acceptable.

According to a now-deleted Facebook post from the restaurant, a group of patrons were upset about the six people per table rule.

They proceeded to "verbally attack our two young hosts to the point of tears," reports CHEK News

Unfortunately, incidents like this aren't unique to Langford.

A restaurant in West Kelowna also fired back at customers who have been rude to staff over new protocols.
