From September 19 to November 1, you can attend the festival and really get yourself into the spirit of the season. This isn't a spooky experience, so if you're not into the scares, you're in the clear.
A day pass to the event is $26.95 and includes a ride on the scenic railroad, admission to the seasonal exhibits, mini-golf, and many more surprises.
During the day, you can explore the park and take in the crisp fall air. You can hike up the mountain, opt for the train ride, watch a few shows, or even enter a pumpkin pie eating contest.
After dark, you can take a journey through 10 different themed areas with over 40 scenes. The entire place will glow with thousands of colorful lights, with fog and bubbles creating a fun ambiance as you walk around.
This year, there's a new glow dinosaur experience called "Dinosaur Explore." You'll be able to see all different species of dinos light up the night.
You'll also see your favorite storybook, fairy tale and nursery rhyme stories come to life.
Narcity spoke with a Stone Mountain representative named Josh who confirmed the event is still scheduled to go on, with social distance guidelines and recommendations by the CDC in place.
Tickets are already on sale, so reserve your spot and kick off the season with this Halloween season festival.
