While the series Friends may have ended years ago, the sitcom can still have an impact on your wallet.

In this edition of All Things Money (ATM), host Nicole Victoria shares financial advice she says she learned from Rachel, Ross, Joey, Monica, Chandler, and Phoebe.

Referencing Joey's character having changed his lifestyle following a pay raise, Victoria warns that "lifestyle creep can ruin you" and that "the reality is, if you don't know what to do with it, your money can go as fast as it came."

When discussing the character Ross comically bringing a couch upstairs without the aid of professional movers, Victoria points out that "getting help from the right professionals is not an expense, it's an investment."

For money-related tips learned from the rest of the cast, check out the video here. You could also always binge-watch the entire show again, or watch the upcoming reunion special.
