Saving money is always top of mind when buying groceries, so we took a look through the flyers for Walmart, No Frills, Food Basics, FreshCo, Loblaws and Metro to find the best sales, deals and discounts on food.

From January 18 to 24, there are some seriously good prices on meat and produce you'll want to take a look at to decide which store to do your shopping at.

The prices we found are for most of Ontario, but some stores might have their own specific deals or exclusions so it's best to double-check your local store's website to see if they have the specific deal.
