The Milk Crate Challenge is the internet's latest massive trend and it's got people posting videos on TikTok, Instagram and Twitter of their attempts — which mostly end in people painfully falling to the ground.

If you've never heard of this before, it's pretty much what you'd expect based on the name. People stack up a bunch of milk crates like a staircase then try to walk up and down them.

Another version of the challenge that some people have attempted sees them walk up to the top, do a 360 and then walk back down.

Some people don't even make it through going up the stairs, while others tumble over when they reach the top or on the way down.

Others have taken it up a notch and made it more difficult by being blindfolded while doing the challenge!

Going even further, one person decided to do the challenge while wearing heels and successfully completed it.

After Conan O'Brien tweeted that he would be "waiting for FDA approval" before doing the challenge, the U.S. government agency replied and said, "although we regulate milk, we can't recommend you try that."

So please keep that in mind before trying — The Milk Crate Challenge is officially not FDA approved.
