The 'Nine Perfect Strangers' Resort Is Available On Airbnb If You Want Trippy Therapy IRL

This Airbnb is BYOMM (Bring Your Own Magic Mushrooms). 🍄

Staff Writer

If you're watching the star-studded Hulu show Nine Perfect Strangers and thinking you want to try your own mind-bending therapy, you can do it in the exact same place that Nicole Kidman does!

This resort, which is a real-life spa called Soma and is situated on the east coast of Australia, was used as the Tranquillum House for the show and is up for rent on Airbnb, but it'll cost you a pretty penny to stay at.

Featuring the pool, "yoga-dome" and — yes — even the same dining table from the show, this is a true mega-fan experience for you and your 15 closest Melissa-McCarthy-loving friends.

Unlike in Nine Perfect Strangers, visitors to this Airbnb are allowed to leave (though it's a minimum four-night stay). Downtown Byron Bay is just 10 minutes away and Cape Byron — with its surfing opportunities — is 20 minutes away.

The open-concept main floor overlooks the gorgeous Australian hillside, and guests can choose to eat at the massive dining table or in the bistro seating outside.

There are 10 bedrooms in total, each with a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom and rain shower. Some have juliet balconies while others have direct access to the terrace — either way, you're clearly getting some good bedtime views.

The resort comes with its own "yoga geodesic dome," too, which is featured in the first episode of the show as the stage for some major conflict. You can recreate that scene with your friends or simply enjoy the yoga. Your call.

The resort sits on 22 acres of Australian rainforest, with walking trails throughout and a custom-made Zen garden for guests. There's also an infrared sauna and magnesium ice bath to go along with the heated infinity pool.

You can pay extra for staff and services, including pre-stocking, massages, and one-on-one meditation courses (though likely not with Nicole Kidman). Even without, though, the resort is going to cost you over 4,595 pounds per night (approximately US$6,300 or CA$8,000). At least you can split it with lots of friends, right?
