During Disney's earnings call yesterday, Disney World's leaders said that even though there has been an uptick in cancellations and park closures, the park is now back to making "encouraging progress."

Disney World closed in March due to the COVID-19 pandemic and reopened in July to limited guests.

The resort has since become the home base of the NBA and MLS which is expected to boost the ad revenue of ESPN, which is owned by Disney.

Things are still looking magical for Disney World on the COVID front, as Orange County leaders reported last week that no cases have been linked to the House of Mouse or other Orlando-area theme parks.
