Magic Kingdom & Other Disney Parks Are Officially Cutting Back Hours Starting Next Month

Visitors who want to experience Orlando's Magic Kingdom will soon have a little less time to enjoy it.

The most iconic of Walt Disney World's theme parks will scale back their hours of operation starting next month.

6 p.m.

New closing time for Magic Kingdom

Currently, the Magic Kingdom opens at 9a.m. and closes at 7 p.m. Opening time will remain the same.

The other parks will also have their hours reduced, with the Animal Kingdom closing the earliest at 5 p.m.

The new hours will take effect on Sept. 8.
