It’s never a bad time for southern food. Comforting, filling, and all-around delicious, it’s one of the many things Florida's known for. Now, you can get your grub on at the brand new Southern-inspired Mason Jar Provisions eatery in Orlando. With buckets of chicken, loads of fried, and even vegan options, it’s got a little something for everyone.

Mason Jar Provisions opened earlier this month beside Burton’s Bar on Washington Street. Currently, you can indulge in their delicious menu by calling ahead and picking up your noms curbside.

The menu is also available through DoorDash or BiteSquad if you happen to be in their delivery area. Mason Jar Provisions is also collaborating with Burton’s to remind patrons to grab some boozy to-go drinks next door.

You might find it hard not to fill up on their appetizers such as fried pickles, fried shrimp, and spicey hush puppies, but you’ll definitely want to save room for the main meals.

From overflowing salads to stuffed sandwiches, you can have your fill of pulled pork, hot chicken, ribs, melty cheeses, and more.

You won’t want to miss their weekly specials either, with options like loaded pasta dishes, savory jambalaya, and zesty Creole-style shrimp.

Currently, Mason Jar is open from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. with Burton’s open from 2 p.m. to 2 a.m., so you’ve got a pretty wide window to pick up both your bites and your booze.
