Only one hour and 30 minutes from Ottawa, Landon Bay boast multiple nature paths to explore, including the short Lookout Trail.

It is a quick uphill trek that only takes a few minutes and leads to a flat rock vista over the bay and Saint Lawrence River.

Once you arrive, you'll want to take a seat and soak in the postcard-worthy vista that Parks Canada describes as "the best natural view in the Thousand Islands area."

The serene sight is worth every step and makes a fantastic weekend adventure the next time you crave some fresh air.
