If you are located in Eastern Canada, police are asking that you be on the lookout for a missing family that was travelling from Ontario to Central Newfoundland. 

UPDATE: The RCMP confirmed that the family has been safely located as of December 14, 2020 at 5:30 p.m. EST.

EARLIER: According to the RCMP, the family of three was travelling in a white 2001 Ford F-350 diesel pickup (ON plate AZ55051) and potentially towing a utility trailer.

December 9, 2020 The last time someone heard from them.

The family was last seen in Corner Brook and "Family members of the three have not heard from them since and are concerned for their safety and wellbeing," says the Facebook post. 

The son is nine and his name is Elijah. 

His parents are 35-year-old Nicole and 42-year-old Regan Furnandiz. 

The police are asking the public to come forward with any information that could be linked to the location of the missing trio. 

"Anyone with information on their whereabouts, or the location of the Ford pickup truck, is asked to contact Gander RCMP at 709-256-6841," police advise.
