Prince Harry Did Another Major Oprah Interview & He Said Therapy Is 'Why I'm Here Now'

He opened up about the Meghan and Oprah interview, Princess Diana and his mental health.

Staff Writer

Just a few months after Meghan's bombshell interview with Oprah, Prince Harry is once again opening up about his life as a royal.

Prince Harry and Oprah released five episodes of their new documentary series The Me You Can't See on Friday, May 21, and each episode is dedicated to discussions and stories about mental health.

Harry is interviewed throughout the series, discussing his four-year journey with therapy, his relationship with Meghan, the pressure of being a royal and the trauma of losing his mother, Princess Diana, at 12 years old.

"Therapy is equipped me to be able to take on anything. That's why I'm here now. That's why my wife is here," Harry told Oprah in episode five. "Without therapy, without doing the work, we would not be able to withstand this."

The series is available to watch on Apple TV now and it also features interviews with Lady Gaga, DeMar DeRozan and Oprah herself.
