An Ontario Restaurant Opened For An Anti-Lockdown Rally & Huge Crowds Showed Up (VIDEO)

One Ontario restaurant got its liquor licence suspended after hosting an anti-lockdown protest and rally last week. 

According to the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, (AGCO), The South Branch Bistro, located in Kemptville, hosted its "No More Lockdown" protest rally on April 8.

In videos of the event posted online, huge crowds could be seen gathering, with police also on scene

"People were observed consuming liquor inside the licensed premises, on the licensed patio, and in the surrounding parking lot," AGCO stated. "People were not socially distanced and most, including staff and children, were not wearing masks."

The suspension, which took effect immediately, is being followed by a Notice of Proposal to revoke the restaurant's liquor licence.
