The Native Women’s Association of Canada, funded by the Government of Canada’s Apprenticeship Service, has established a job board to connect small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with Indigenous Women and individuals identifying as 2SLGBTQQIA+.

The National Apprenticeships Program, led by the Native Women’s Association of Canada, offers exclusive access to a job board where you can post or apply for apprenticeship positions.

SMEs can receive a substantial incentive for hiring under this program. If an SME hires an Indigenous woman, Two-Spirit, transgender, or gender-diverse individual as a first-year Red Seal Apprentice, they may qualify for a grant incentive of $10,000 per position, capped at $20,000 annually.
