A new protein-packed cereal has hit the shelves with the arrival of Oatmeal Crisp Protein from General Mills Canada, and you're invited to "Chase the Crunch" in Toronto to celebrate!

Feeling strong, capable and energized is one of the easiest ways you tell you're eating enough protein, and this high-energy, city-wide adventure is all about that life.

For two days in July, teams of pumped-up folks dressed as giant cereal boxes, spoons, and milk cartons will tear through Toronto hot spots, challenging you to "Chase the Crunch."

If you find the Oatmeal Crisp Protein ambassadors out and about, you can roll up and score free samples, coupons and photo ops with their "Protein Power Team" to remind yourself that, yes, that really happened.

So, what's the deal with this cereal?

Cereal is one of the tastiest, crunchiest, easiest ways to start your day or top up when you need a snack. But if you also have a protein goal you're trying to nail, you might overlook it.

With Oatmeal Crisp Protein, you can put that thinking behind you. Available in two flavours, Apple Crisp and Vanilla, Oatmeal Crisp Protein hooks you up with 15 grams of protein per serving when eaten with milk, plus whole grains and essential vitamins and minerals.
