It turns out that you don't need to win big to get a condo in the 6ix. Housing options are now popping up that actually seem attainable for first-time homebuyers or those on a budget. These cheap Toronto condos for sale might even make you rethink your rental situation. 

In an email with Narcity, representatives at Zoocasa shared some of the most affordable condos available to buy right now in various Toronto neighbourhoods. 

All of these listings are under $340,000, so you can live in the city without the big price tag.

Although they aren't situated in the bustling downtown neighbourhoods, they are near amenities and subway stations across the 6ix. 

These listings come after Zoocasa released a report that condo prices throughout the 6ix are continuing to drop.  

In fact, back in May, the company reported that the average condo had dropped in price by $65,000.
