One Toronto hospital was celebrating this weekend. On July 3, Humber River Hospital announced that they had no COVID-19 patients in the ICU for the first time in months.

In a tweet, the medical centre revealed that they haven't seen numbers this low since March 14.

"Thank you to the 6th floor staff and physicians that have bonded together and provided exceptional care in this pandemic," the tweet read.

"Today is a day to celebrate at #HRH."

The hopeful news comes as new cases of COVID-19 continue to decline across the province.

For six days in a row, the government has reported less than 200 cases.

Sunday also brought one of the lowest death counts that the province has seen, reports CTV News.
