It looks like Ontario's downward trend is continuing. The province's Minister of Health, Christine Elliott, has announced that Ontario's new COVID-19 cases were at 102 on Wednesday. 

According to a tweet from Elliott, these numbers are the lowest that we have seen since March 25, nearly four months ago.

In fact, out of Ontario's 34 public health units, 31 of them have reported fewer than five new cases on Wednesday. 

While 19 of the health units have even reported no new cases at all. 

The news comes as parts of Ontario get ready to start stage three of the reopening plan this Friday. 

Areas such as Toronto, Niagara and Windsor will remain in stage two.
