In a particularly gross release, Peel Police say they've charged and arrested a 74-year-old man after he allegedly tied used condoms to a bunch of unoccupied cars in the city of Mississauga.

Peter Megalos from Mississauga is facing 11 counts of mischief, two counts of criminal harassment, and one count each of committing an indecent act and voyeurism.

Police say they've been investigating multiple similar instances since July 2018. In every incident, a woman returned to their car to find a used condom tied to their unattended vehicle in parking lots of shopping centres in Mississauga.

The Peel Police release notes that the investigation is still ongoing, and they have reason to believe there may have been other instances across the Greater Toronto Area.

Police released a suspect picture of Megalos, who is set to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton on September 18 to face the charges.
