Sportsnet and ESPN reported the news on Wednesday, leaving many fans shocked to see yet another piece of the Raps' 2019 NBA Championship team leave the city.
According to sources who confirmed the trade to ESPN, Siakam was traded for Bruce Brown and Jordan Nwora. The Raptors will also get three first-round picks.

"Today marks the end of an era, but the northern uprising is forever."
Chris Boucher is now the only one left on the Raptors from that 2019 team.
Another person called Siakam "the greatest story in Toronto Raptors history."
