A whopping 60,800 LED lights will be placed on the fir in Trinity Square.

It will also be decorated with around 500 over-sized balls and 1,463 metres of garland.

While guests will be able to enjoy the sight as they pass by, it is important to not gather in large crowds.

In order to ensure social distancing this year, there will be no public lighting event.

The celebration is one of the few Holiday staples still taking place in the city this year.

A new holiday street market is also appearing in the 6ix this season.
