On May 5, Health Canada officially approved the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine for kids between the ages of 12 to 15 across the country.

However, the Ontario government has not expanded eligibility to this age group across the province. On Monday, the government announced that essential workers such as grocery employees and restaurant staff can now book through the province's online booking system.
