When I first heard about Wildcraft Skincare and browsed their products online, I thought for sure each item would cost around $100. If it looks and feels high-end, surely it must be high priced?

I was so glad I was wrong. Each individual product is under $35, making it super accessible for those of us on a tight budget.

The brand's founder is Laura Whitaker, a Haudenosaunee and member of the Mohawk nation from Six Nations of the Grand River Territory. All products are made in Toronto with 100% natural, plant-based and sustainably sourced ingredients.

Besides online and at indie boutiques in Toronto, you can now shop Wildcraft products online at Indigo. The retailer has really ramped up its curated assortment of wellness products over the last year and now carries a lot more Canadian artisanal brands.

I've been using some products like the Renew Eye Serum ($32) for over a week now and seeing nice results! I'm super paranoid about dark circles and bags under my eyes and the turmeric in this product helps reduce puffiness and brighten my dull skin.

Another product I'm over the moon about is the Regenerate Face Serum ($30). It has a nice herbal note to it, which must be the hemp and rosemary leaf extract. I apply a few drops on my face after cleansing every morning and it does a great job of bringing my dry skin back to life.

Most face and eye serums cost twice the price at Sephora, so you're getting a great deal here and supporting a local business at the same time!
