Ontario Has Over 1 Million Unused Vaccine Doses & That's The Biggest Stockpile In Canada

Some provinces have less than 100K doses still to use.

When it comes to unused COVID-19 vaccine doses in provinces and territories, Ontario has the most with more than a million stockpiled.

Canada's Minister of Health Patty Hajdu tweeted numbers on how many doses have been delivered and how many have been used as of April 5.

Ontario has the biggest stockpile of more than 1.4 million with 4,022,875 doses delivered and 2,545,640 administered as of that date.

Then there's Quebec's unused total of 768,492 followed by 395,470 in B.C., 370,733 in Alberta, 154,142 in Manitoba, 83,179 in Nova Scotia, 68,256 in New Brunswick, 63,462 in Saskatchewan and 59,209 in Newfoundland.

Nunavut, Yukon, P.E.I. and Northwest Territories all have a stockpile of unused COVID-19 vaccine doses that's less than 17,000.
