There’s Still No US Election Winner But Trump Is Now Suing In 3 Different States

Reports suggest Biden has claimed Michigan and Wisconsin.
Managing Editor, Canada

Americans will wake up once again with no definitive answer to who’s won the U.S. election.

As sources like CBC News and The Associated Press project that Biden has won the states of Michigan and Wisconsin, the Trump campaign is now challenging these vote counts.

He’s also reportedly launching legal challenges in Georgia and Pennsylvania.

In Michigan and Pennsylvania, Trump has called for a temporary halt in vote-counting, until his campaign has been given “meaningful access” to review ballots that have already been processed.

Per AP, the lawsuit filed in Georgia is requesting a judge to “ensure the state laws are being followed on absentee ballots.”

Trump's campaign has also said that it will ask for a recount in Wisconsin.

As of Thursday morning, there remains no clear winner as several states are still too close to call.

On Wednesday, the incumbent president called mail-in ballots "very strange," a phrase that later became the new "nasty woman" on social media.

Some of Trump's social media posts are also now getting flagged by Facebook and Twitter as "potentially misleading," ahead of the result.
