Canada's Top 100 Employers for 2025 were recently revealed, and a ton of B.C. companies made the cut. If you've been thinking about a career switch-up, the perks and benefits that these employers offer might tempt you to apply.

Luckily there are lots of job openings in B.C. for these companies, so you can get applying ASAP.

The annual ranking of Canada's Top 100 Employers highlights employers with innovative policies and perks, which are evaluated based on everything from work atmosphere and benefits to vacation policies and other factors that set them apart.

Here are five BC employers that are hiring right now, and made it onto the list of Canada's Top 100 Employers.

BC Public Service

BC Public Service scored a spot on the list, thanks to its great parental leave policy. "Provides a full year of maternity and parental leave top-up for new mothers and provides parental top-up for fathers and adoptive parents, to 75 per cent of salary for up to 35 weeks," the list said.

Simon Fraser University

Simon Fraser University in Burnaby has in-house training perks, tuition subsidies, and subsidies for professional accreditations. The university in Burnaby is hiring right now for various roles, including Librarian positions. You can apply on the website.

British Columbia Investment Management Corp

Employees here get two paid days off a year to volunteer for their community, a perk that helped the company land a spot on the best employers list. There are 21 job openings with the company right now, on their website, varying from administrative roles to designers.

Interior Health Authority

Interior Health Authority puts planning at the forefront, with a retirement plan assistance program for their employees and "generous contributions to a defined benefit pension plan," according to the list. Right now you can apply on their website for one of the many open positions they have in B.C.
